Team Leader Customer Service (English)

• Have minimum D3 Education and experience as a customer support Team Leader min 1 year
• Fluent in English, responsive and have leadership skills
• Have ability to manage KPI Agent CS, Monitoring Quality Agent and familiar with CRM system
• Good administrative skills
