English-Speaking Customer Service

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• 3 or more years of experience in customer service or administration is preferred

Technical Support

• Strong technical knowledge of CAD and rendering software, including but not limited to BricsCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Enscape
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is preferred. English courses will be provided to candidates with strong product knowledge
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in technical support or product management is preferred
